Here is the three-day program we are planning. All times are Central. Sessions, speakers and activities may change; wait for confirmed event dates before booking travel.
Day 1: Settle in
- By 3 p.m.
- Arrive and settle in.
- Afternoon
- Welcome session, snacks and time to meet the room.
- Evening
- Teaching dinner: a conversation to get you thinking about your business.
- After dinner
- Optional drinks and more time together.
Day 2: Get into it
- 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Head outside together for an activity such as a hike or canoe outing, with a lunch stop. Activity and transportation details to come.
- 2 to 3 p.m.
- Training session one.
- 3 to 4 p.m.
- Training session two.
- 4 to 5 p.m.
- Training session three.
- 5 to 6:30 p.m.
- A break to recharge and get ready for dinner.
- 6:30 p.m. onward
- Onsite dinner with a guest speaker.
Day 3: Make a plan
- 8 to 9 a.m.
- Room checkout. We will confirm arrangements so you can join breakfast.
- 8:30 to 10 a.m.
- Breakfast and a working session.
- 10 to 11:30 a.m.
- Speed networking with fellow CEOs.
- 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Small-group lunch.
- 1 to 2:30 p.m.
- Small-group commitments and readouts: share what you will put into practice.
- After 2:30 p.m.
- Goodbyes. Plan for an evening flight, allowing time for airport travel and check-in.
