There are two CEO Spring break in person experiences to select from.
CEO Spring Break is inspired by the idea that small groups can lead to big change. This is why each experience is capped at 150 entrepreneurs. If you’re a CEO, owner, maker, investor or creator, we’d love to have you.
Due to demand, we’re offering two experiences with the same curriculum but a slight twist.
WOMEN’S ONLY
Join us for 2 days of CEO Spring Break with an inclusive Women’s Only experience. The core curriculum and learning sessions are the same at both events but the Women’s Only CEO Circle will create space for dialogue unique to female-led businesses and leadership.

GENERAL
Join us for 2 days of CEO Spring Break. The core curriculum and learning sessions are the same at both events. Held on the weekend, this event will feature a few more late-night activities and spring breaky shenanigans.

What does a CEO CIRCLE ticket Include?
All meals, snacks, and beverages during the event are included
Access to all event programming: talks, meetups, music, scheduled wellness and entertainment, Spring Break activities, culinary experiences

By joining the CEO Circle, you’re joining an inclusive experience, designed to minimize friction and amplify serendipity
Tickets do NOT include flight and hotel accommodations. We’ve worked with the Virgin Hotel Nashville to get discounted room block rates for our CEOs.
Can I transfer my CEO SPRING BREAK ticket to someone else?
No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We have a huge waitlist and a limited number of spots. The group is carefully curated.
What’s the difference between CEO Circle Women’s Only and The General CEO Circle?
The 5 WorkSmart milestones are the foundation for both CEO Circle events. Activities and milestone workshops will be the same for both events. The Women’s CEO Circle will have added discussion and workshop options to support some of the unique challenges of navigating entrepreneurship as a Black woman (life planning, relationships and external perceptions). Women are welcome at either event!
Are there any requirements to join the CEO Circle and attend CEO Spring Break?
CEO Spring Break is an experience designed for established entrepreneurs, founders, owners, executives, investors and creators. If you fall into one of these categories, you are welcome to attend. Due to the programming, the event is best suited for attendees 21+.
